July 2nd, 2009Marriage at Ratzeputz
The CEO and owner of the company, Mrs. Sieglinde Weidmann and Mr. Volker Rieckmann have married on May 29th 2009 at the register office in Hermannsburg.
Of course the motto for the whole event was "Ratzeputz". The bride and the bridegroom where mainly dressed in red an black and also the "Ratzeputz" car was a part of the event.
Besides the floral ornaments from Blumen und Schöne Dinge owned by Herma Hamers in Hermannsburg, who also added a highlight in her café when she created the Ratzepzu wedding cake, the Ratzeputz car was the eyecatcher.
After the wedding ceremony the newly married couple and their guests had an excellent wedding lunch at Landgasthof Helms.

June 15th, 2009Father's Day event at Ratzputz was a success
On the 21st of May there was a Father's Day event on the premises of the Spinnhütte in Celle at C.W. Baland and Langebartels.
During this event the Postkutschenverein Lüneburger Heide e.V. were our guests. They arrived with a historic stagecoach drawn by four horses.
Food and drink were of course also available. The Gumprecht-Team from Hambühren, supplied out guests with freshly grilled bratwurst and french fries.
A special highlight during this event was the introduction of the Ratzeputz-Wurst for the first time worldwide.

May 18th, 2009Father's Day event at Ratzputz
On the 21st of May, starting at 1 p.m. there will be a Father's Day party on the premises of the Spinnhütte in Celle at the company C.W. Baland and Langebartels, Am Waserturm 35 E.
During this event the Postkutschenverein Lüneburger Heide e.V. will be our guest and arrive with a historic stagecoach drawn by four horses between 3 and 4 p.m. .
Food and drink will of course also be available. The Gumprecht-Team from Hambühren, will supply out guests with freshly grilled bratwurst and french fries.
A special highlight during this event will be the introduction of the Ratzeputz-Wurst for the first time worldwide. This spicy and tasty Bratwurst specialty is produced for us by Fleischerei Kleinschmidt from Winsen (Aller).
Every visitor over the age of 18 can of course have a small taste from either the "Original Ratzeputz", or the famous "guter Heidegeist". Cool beer and non alcoholic beverages will complete the choice.
April 30th, 2009First Ratzeputz event in Austria
On the 12th of March 2009 the first "Ratzeputz" cooking event took place at Strandhotel Prüller in Pörtschach on Wörthersee.
Many friends of Ratzeputz gathered to taste the "diabolical dinner" created by Sieglinde Weidmann and chef Bertl Orasch and literally everybody was very enthusiastic afterwards. Here you can take a look at the menu.
Next to the actual dinner many different specialities from Baland & Langebartels, like a whole range of chutneys prepared with Ratzeputz or Heidegeist, a tomatoe sauce Genovese, as well as different chocolates and cinamon cookies could be tasted and admired.

February 9th, 2009The Ratzeputz-Webshop has opened
Since the 9th of February 2009 it is finally online: The Ratzeputz webshop

January 1st, 2009 Ratzeputz is now available in Austria directly
Since the begining of this year the specialty Ratzeputz, which is also very popular in Austria, can be ordered or purchased directly at the Strandhotel Prüller in Pörtschach on Wörthersee.
For our customers from Austria this brings a considerable improvement in delivery, as well as significantly lower cost for shipping and freight. Who lives near Pörtschach on Wörthersee, can of course purchase the Ratzeputz directly at the Strandhotel Prüller.
"Ratzeputz" is the first product from our range which can now be purchased at the Strandhotel Prüller. More products will follow in the near future.
October 15th, 2008The date has been determined
The final date for the reintroduction of the traditional brands "Ratzeputz", "Heidegeist" and "Ratzingwer" in the old town of Celle has now been determined.
On the 2nd of November 2008 the "Ratzeputz" and its colleagues are back in Celle.
In cooperation with Mr. and Mrs. Kriegerowski -managers and owners of the delicatessen "Der Zapfhahn" in the "Neue Straße"- a very old tradition from Celle is coming back to life.
We invite all citizens from Celle as well as all the friends of "Ratzeputz", "Heidegeist" and "Ratzingwer" to celebrate this event with us.
Join us on November 2nd at 11:00 and witness as Ratzeputz, Heidegeist and Ratzingwer and the city of Celle reunite.
September 3rd, 2008New home for Ratzeputz und Heidegeist in the old city center of Celle
After many years of absence the traditional brands "Ratzeputz", "Heidegeist" and "Ratzingwer" are coming back to Celle.
Although a final date hasn't been determined yet we are happy to announce that the Ratzeputz and its colleagues will soon be back where they belong.
Thanks to the commitment of Mr. and Mrs. Kriegerowski -owners and managers of the delicatessen "Der Zapfhahn" in the "Neue Straße"- a very old tradition is coming back to life.

May 1st, 2008Cooperation with Schwarze & Schlichte consolidated
Since the 1st of May 2008 a new cooperation-contract between the business partners and Schwarze & Schlichte exists.
For the next decade Schwarze & Schlichte will continue to produce under license the traditional products "Ratzeputz", "Heidegeist" and "Ratzingwer" for . They will also, in parts, take care of sales and distribution for these products.

Since the beginning of this year Mrs. Sieglinde Weidmann is the new CEO of . She also owns the compay.
January 1st, 2008 Heidegeist and Ratzeputz again available in well-proven bottle sizes
Since the beginning of this year the two products "guter Heidegeist" and "Ratzeputz" are again available in
0,35 litre(flip-top-bottle) and 0,1 (pocket-bottle) litre sizes.
Due to strong customer demand the two bottles are being produced in Celle again.
